What is ThoughtWind?

ThoughtWind is a LinkedIn growth platform that watches the creators you admire, extracts their content strategies, and generates posts in your voice — so you can build an audience without spending hours every week writing.

How does voice cloning work?

During onboarding, you write 3–5 sentences in your own voice. We analyze them across 14 dimensions — cadence, vocabulary, formality, hedging, irony. That fingerprint is locked into your generation model. Every time you approve, edit, or discard a draft, the model gets sharper. By week 3, most users cannot reliably tell the difference.

Is there a free trial?

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. Sign up, try it for a week, and if it is not working for you, reply to your welcome email for a full refund — no forms, no exit surveys.

Is ThoughtWind against LinkedIn's terms of service?

ThoughtWind helps you research creator patterns and draft content in your own voice. You stay in control of what you copy, edit, and post on LinkedIn.

Do I need LinkedIn Premium?

No. A standard free LinkedIn account works for everything in ThoughtWind.

Will my followers know it's AI?

Not unless you tell them. The voice cloning is precise enough that even people who know you well cannot reliably distinguish your posts from ours. Many of our most successful users disclose it openly — either path works.

Content & Generation

Can I edit posts before they publish?

Yes, always. Every generated post lands in your review queue marked "pending." You edit, refine, regenerate, or discard with a reason before copying it into LinkedIn yourself.

What if the posts don't sound like me?

Two things: (1) Discard with a reason — "too generic," "wrong tone," anything specific. We feed every reason back into your voice model so generation 2 already corrects for it. (2) Our 7-day money-back guarantee is real. Email us, get refunded, no questions.

How many posts can I generate per month?

That depends on your plan. See the pricing section for current limits on each tier.

Does ThoughtWind post for me?

No. ThoughtWind helps you create and refine drafts. You choose what to publish from your own LinkedIn account.

What is the Creator Arsenal?

The arsenal is your competitive intelligence dashboard for a creator you watch. ThoughtWind analyzes their top-performing posts, extracts the hooks, structures, themes, and rhetorical strategies that drive their engagement, and surfaces those as reusable "weapons" — ready for you to adapt in your own voice.

How many creators can I watch?

That depends on your plan. The Autopilot plan includes up to 10 concurrent creator watches.

Billing & Account

How do I cancel?

Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel plan. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fee, no questions asked.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions. After 7 days, all sales are final. No prorated refunds for partial months.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete account. All your data — voice model, post history, creator data, LinkedIn tokens — is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Privacy & Security

Is my data safe?

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Our database is hosted on Supabase (SOC 2 Type II certified). We do not sell your data or use your content to train shared AI models.

What AI model powers ThoughtWind?

We use Anthropic's Claude models. Your content is processed per Anthropic's API terms and is not used to train their shared models.

How do I report a security issue?

Email security@thoughtwind.app. We treat security reports as high priority and respond within 24 hours.
