Terms of Service

By using ThoughtWind ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ThoughtWind is a LinkedIn content tool that analyzes creator patterns and generates posts in your voice. It is provided "as is" and may change over time as we improve it.

2. Your Account

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One person per account. You may not share accounts or resell access.
• You must not use ThoughtWind for spam, harassment, or any activity that violates LinkedIn's terms of service.

3. Content & Ownership

You own the posts you create and publish. You grant ThoughtWind a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You are responsible for everything published under your LinkedIn account. ThoughtWind generates drafts — you review and approve them before publishing. Auto-publish, if enabled, is done at your explicit instruction.

4. Payments & Refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions — email us within 7 days and we will refund in full, no questions asked.

After 7 days, all sales are final. No prorated refunds for partial months.

To cancel, go to Settings → Billing → Cancel plan. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use ThoughtWind to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Automate interactions in a way that violates LinkedIn's usage policies
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without written permission
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the platform
• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or fraudulent

We may terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

ThoughtWind, its UI, brand, and underlying technology are our property. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided as is and as available. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of AI-generated content, or specific results. LinkedIn engagement depends on many factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThoughtWind's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms without prior notice.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Telangana, India
